BillBookly helps Indian freelancers and small businesses prepare and manage invoices. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you create an account or use the app, you may provide your email address, Google account identity, business details, GSTIN/UIN, client details, services, invoice data, payment records, and uploaded business assets such as a logo or UPI QR image.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the invoicing features you request, save your data between sessions, generate invoice PDFs, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service.

Service providers

BillBookly uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Google Analytics to understand website usage; and Sentry to monitor technical errors. These providers process information on our behalf according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Invoice and client data

Your invoice and client data is used to provide the product to you. Do not enter information that you do not have permission to process. BillBookly does not sell your invoice or client data.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and improve the experience. Your browser may store analytics cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or available privacy controls.

Security and retention

We use access controls and hosted security features to protect data. We retain account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting billbookly@aarthastudio.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
