BillBookly is currently offered as an early product for Indian freelancers and small businesses. If paid plans or paid services are introduced, the applicable price, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and this policy will be updated.

Questions about billing

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact billbookly@aarthastudio.com with the account email and transaction details. Please do not send passwords or payment card information by email.

Service issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a correction, credit, or refund consistent with the applicable plan terms and law.
