Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These terms govern your use of BillBookly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
BillBookly provides tools to create, organise, download, and track invoices. Features may change as the product develops. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but no online service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of information entered into the service. You must have permission to use the business, client, and invoice information you provide.
Your responsibilities
You must use BillBookly lawfully, protect your login access, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service or another user’s data.
Tax and business responsibility
BillBookly is an invoicing tool, not a tax, accounting, or legal adviser. You are responsible for checking your GST treatment, invoice contents, records, filings, and compliance. Consult a qualified professional when you need advice.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the business, client, service, invoice, and payment information you enter. You grant BillBookly the limited permission needed to store and process that information to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development. We may update these terms when the service changes.
